Tracy Barbagiovanni earned her undergraduate degree in 1998, with honors, from Lehigh University and her law degree, cum laude, from Vermont Law School in 2001, where she served as managing editor of the Vermont Law Review and as a clerk at the Vermont Environmental Board. While at Vermont Law School, Ms. Barbagiovanni also earned her Masters of Studies in Environmental Law, cum laude. After law school, Ms. Barbagiovanni served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the New Hampshire Superior Court, where she performed extensive research, writing, and critical analysis on questions of substantive and procedural law, as well as assisted in the preparation of judicial decisions in civil, equity, juvenile, and criminal matters. Prior to joining the Monaghan Firm, Ms. Barbagiovanni worked as an associate attorney for a private law firm in New Hampshire and specializzed in the areas of municipal law, land use law, real estate law, family law, and general civil litigation. Ms. Barbagiovanni joined the Monaghan Firm in 2007. She practices in the areas of:
Ms. Barbagiovanni is admitted to practice in Michigan and New Hampshire. She is a member of the real estate and family law sections of the State Bar of Michigan.
